About Core Fitness

 

Located at 6 Market Place, Chalfont St Peter, Core Fitness is a boutique-style training studio offering a variety of classes and personal training options. Our model is built on community, expert coaching, and tailored programmes for all fitness levels.  

 

Some of the offerings include:

 

  • 1‑to‑1 Personal Training (6‑week and 12‑week packages)  

  • Small Group Personal Training (up to 6 people)  

  • Group Circuit / Power Hour classes (held at Chalfonts Community College)  

  • Pilates (held at the Hub, Church Lane)

  • Senior & Junior classes

Our memberships are flexible, with no long-term contracts. Our team is known locally for being friendly, supportive, and dedicated to helping each member reach their goals.
